# TownSquare Points & Partner Points

TownSquare lending markets run on top of a mix of TownSquare points and Partner protocol points. These incentives are retroactive rewards points that should convert into liquid rewards.\*

#### TownSquare Points

TownSquare Points are rewarded to the users with the following qualifying activities:

* Lending of:
  * MON, wMON
  * MON LSTs (shMON, sMON, gMON, aprMON)
  * Stablecoins (USD1, AUSD, USDC, earnAUSD, USDT)
  * RWAs (muBOND, AZND)
  * Bluechip assets (wBTC, wETH)
* Borrowing of:
  * MON, wMON
  * Stablecoins (USD1, AUSD, USDC, earnAUSD, USDT)
  * RWAs (muBOND, AZND)
  * Bluechip assets (wBTC, wETH)

#### Partner Protocol Points

The following protocols are partnering with TownSquare to offer their points:

* Fastlane: 2x boosted points for collateralizing shMON to borrow
* Kintsu: 2x boosted points for collateralizing sMON to borrow
* Magma: 3x boosted points for collateralizing gMON to borrow
* aPriori: $APR token rewards for collateralizing aprMON to borrow ($50k in APR for Month 1 users as expressed by the aPriori team)
* Upshift: 4x boosted points for lending earnAUSD & collateralizing earnAUSD & sAUSD to borrow.
* Mu Digital: 2x boosted points for lending muBOND & AZND, and collateralizing muBOND, AZND, & loAZND.

#### Incentive APY

Incentive APY % comes from an aggregate value of MON & points' realized value.

For Month 1, users can expect >$500,000 in MON and points incentives

#### Distribution

Points convert to realized value in $TOWN tokens after the token genesis event.

Partner protocol points' reward rules should be consulted with the respective protocol. TownSquare protocol does not have information on the timeline nor format of the value realization of those points.
