# MON Incentive

MON incentive is available on TownSquare markets for lending & borrowing.

#### Qualified activities

You can qualify for MON token incentive with the following activities on TownSquare:

* Lending of:
  * MON, wMON
  * MON LSTs (shMON, sMON, gMON, aprMON)
  * Stablecoins (USD1, AUSD, USDC, earnAUSD, USDT)
  * RWAs (muBOND, AZND)
  * Bluechip assets (wBTC, wETH)
* Borrowing of:
  * MON, wMON
  * Stablecoins (USD1, AUSD, USDC, earnAUSD, USDT)
  * RWAs (muBOND, AZND)
  * Bluechip assets (wBTC, wETH)

The order of the list indicates the weight of MON incentive for each category, the top ones get more MON tokens than the bottom ones.

#### Distribution

* Month 1 distribution:

We are working with the Merkl team for distribution of MON incentives. However, Merkl team is in the process of integration our protocol, hence Month-1 incentives are not distributed in realtime.

All MON incentives will be distributed to users at the end of Month 1 after Merkl team completes integration.

* After Month 1:

After Month 1, MON incentive can be earned on a daily basis via Merkl.
